Description of processing

The purposes identified in the group’s Register of Processing Activities as well as in the consent clauses at the bottom of each form, being specific to the purpose detailed.

The legal provision that requires them to be kept for tax and accounting reasons, and to be made available to a competent public entity. However, they may be kept longer for historical or statistical archiving purposes, unless opposition and/or cancellation is exercised.

You must specify which right you are requesting to be satisfied and, in turn, you must accompany it with a photocopy of your ID or equivalent identifying document. If you are acting through a representative, whether legal or voluntary, you must also provide a document that proves the representation and their identifying document.
